West Pennine Road Club is the premier cycling club in the Rochdale area. The club has been going since 1930 when it was set up by Frank Hudson and friends. West Pennine Road Club is a friendly club for anyway interested in all aspects of cycling, from racing in the summer season in road race or time trials, to just enjoying riding your bike at the weekend. There are many events on all year round including: group club rides, cycling holidays, official racing events, touring weekends, and much more. 	13/05/09 - West Pennine Road Race Results Tom Moses (Team Wallis-CHH) won a four man sprint to take the West Pennine Road Race on the Bashall Eaves circuit, Mike Harrison (Congleton CC) was 2nd. For more results click here.
	16/04/09 - Tour of the North Results Well done to Pete Hey, Andy Gott, John Hey and guest rider Mike Harrison for completing the Tour of the North stage race last weekend. Complete results and reports can be found here.
	16/04/09 - Road Race Update Due to new road works in Uppermill, the road race has been changed to the Bashall Eaves circuit. The HQ will be at Edisford Primary School. For more info contact roadrace@westpennineroadclub.org.uk
	10/02/08 - Club Auction The return of last years successful auction is on thursday 12th march, all members are welcome to bring down some unwanted piece(s) of cycling equipment in decent condition. Start time at the spring inn is 8pm, refreshments will be served.
